Are you using version 1.0.0 or 1.0.2? I made some changes to the way images are handled in 1.0.2, and now I can regularly upload 10 pictures taken with the phone's camera in a single post, and can upload 7.1 megapixel images taken with my other camera. If you're using 1.0.2 and still see these problems, I'm very interested in finding out more, as I seem unable to reproduce the issue!
