Light at the end of the tunnel

My blogging life would be easier if I would just say, “to HECK with everyone using something other than IE…I’m not trying to fix this darned thing.”

I can’t bring myself to do that, though. First of all, I tend to use my blog as a portal to my frequently-read blog sites, and if I’m frustrated by having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see my links, I know others must be, too. Second, I see things through an artist’s eyes and it’s important to me that visitors see these pages the way they’re meant to be seen (or at least close to it).

I think mediatinker.com might be a great help; author Kristen McQuillin has an entry called Illustrated MT Templates.

Illustrated, people, as in, “what, do I have to draw you a picture?” Ummm, yep. That’d be great, thanks.

That said, I need to get my buns to bed. We’re heading out to Amish country with my MIL around the crack o’ Noon today (*yawn*). Being out in that gorgeous country will be wonderful, especially with the forecast saying sunny and highs in the 40’s. Nice weather, pretty scenery and dinner at Der Dutchman…You can’t beat a day like that.

  1. I’m too used to shorthand; even though I hate it when others use it, I sometimes get lazy and use it ithout thinking. MIL stands for Mother-In-Law. 🙂

  2. Thanks for posting the info. I really want to learn more about doing stuff with my MT. I am what you would call a bare beginner. (MY website was put together by someone else). But I am learning and hope to be a geek someday!
