I agree, it does look nice in the photo. It’s kind of a joke around here, though. We think there might have been problems with people being bothered as they used the alley after dark to get to their vehicles in the lot behind the buildings, so the owners put up lights. I don’t know if the city made them do it, if people petitioned for better lighting, or if they did it on their own. I’ll have to do some asking around town. It’s just that they went way overboard – it’s like broad daylight in that alley at night. Put your sunglasses on! LOL
