Ferdinand the doggie

Sarah’s loved the last three days we’ve spent outside. She loves to sit in the sun and contemplate things. We’ve nicknamed her Ferdinand, like the bull who liked to sit and sniff the flowers. She watches everything, occasionally dashing after a squirrel, then sitting patiently beneath the tree for its return (it won’t come down with you there, goofy dog).
I have also been enjoying sitting outside. My intentions are to read, but I find myself just “thinking” more and more.
