Merry Christmas from the H-Man and me! We went to Easton Town Center with our friends yesterday, and Howie decked out the van in true style. We have a power inverter, so he strung lights around the ceiling in back, plus secured a little tree on the console between seats. What a fun time it was, and what smiles it brought to others’ faces — that makes it all the more fun. Folks at drive-thru windows really got a kick out of it.

I was just checking my Spam mailbox at Gmail when I noticed this up top . Spam fajitas, eh? That’s pretty cute! They list different recipes containing Spam, and you can click the arrows on their line to see more. The company’s employees obviously enjoy a good sense of humor.
