A friend at Dave’s Garden pointed me toward Replacements.com for more info. It turns out they have an e-mail address you may send photos of your pieces to for help in naming a pattern. I sent the spoon photo to them, so perhaps I’ll have an answer before too long. Thanks for your comments, y’all — I’ll keep you posted!
