Gardenwife’s Plot

A plot can be a garden, a grave or a story.

Nashisms

I love the poetry and wit of Ogden Nash. Today’s Dave’s Garden newsletter featured one of Nash’s quips for the quote of the day.

“My garden will never make me famous, I’m a horticultural ignoramus: I can’t tell a string bean from a soy bean, or even a girl bean from a boy bean.”

– Ogden Nash, American poet (born 8/19/1902)

He just tickles me!
